Adrian has been absolutely phenomenal as an agent. My partner and I had some negative experiences with agents leading up this purchase through Ayre. However, I have never encountered a property manager as exceptional as Georgia Peters, who has the greatest respect of both landlords and tenants. We have a large investment portfolio with high end furnished apartments we lease. We have explored the “fancy” agents in Double Bay right to the “cheap” technology-based agents and Kate and her team are by far the most professional we have met. Kate has always been helpful, supportive, experienced and sincere when she has worked with us. Kate has always found excellent tenants with many coming to her for the furnished rental space.
