We are here to help you navigate any issues. Although most repairs aren’t urgent, we still ask that you alert our team as soon as possible so we can maintain the upkeep of the property.
When alerting us to a repair or maintenance matter, sending photos of the issue is always helpful. In the event of an emergency and you are unable to contact our office, here are the key trades you should contact:
Please note, that an emergency repair is when something in the property has either broken or damaged, causing immediate danger to you, others, or the property and must be fixed immediately. If you do make contact with an emergency tradesperson, please ensure you also email your Property Manager.
NB: Please check your lease agreement for Emergency Repair contacts as the below are general and some properties have preferred/more suitable providers.
