I would normally grab at a saying like "stands head and shoulders above" or something to that effect but Nicola is at least a full body length above any other property manager I have dealt with in several states of Australia and even overseas. The speed of responses and problem solving is second to none and I get the feeling the team around her is following in her footsteps as they are amazing too.
