Testimonials

Nicola was our property manager for the past 2 years and I would highly recommend her and the Ayre team to anyone. She was professional, quick and always easy to deal with. Easy 5 star review.

Anna Hudson leased our property, providing a great customer experience. Very approachable, friendly, professional and a great communicator too! Thank you Anna!

Michael and Nicola at Ayre Real Estate have been outstanding at managing my portfolio keeping vacancy to a minimum and with thorough and prompt communication. I highly recommend them.

I am so glad to have found the team at Ayre! My apartment had been vacant for three months with another agency and within a week of taking over management, Anna had it leased to two great tenants. Both Anna and Nicola have been professional, friendly, and efficient. As a landlord, I feel like I'm in good hands, thank you :)

Kristian and his team provided an outstanding service in selling our property - kept us fully up to date, followed up all interested buyers and secured an excellent price. Thank you Kristian!

OK so I am a classic for complaining about property managers for a number of different reasons, from the point of view of a landlord, on a council of owners or a tenant but one person makes it hard for me to maintain my negative attitude and that is Nicola Turville-Ince.

I would normally grab at a saying like "stands head and shoulders above" or something to that effect but Nicola is at least a full body length above any other property manager I have dealt with in several states of Australia and even overseas.

The speed of responses and problem solving is second to none and I get the feeling the team around her is following in her footsteps as they are amazing too.

Thank you for being an excellent property manager, I couldn't recommend you highly enough to anyone with an inner city Sydney apartment.

Anna Hudson from Ayre Real Estate posted my Potts Point Apartment on Saturday and it was rented by Monday afternoon with the perfect tenant. I could not recommend Anna highly enough for her professionalism and attention to detail.

We had a fantastic experience with Nicola as our property manager. She always made herself available, was a great communicator and always fair to both us and the tenants. Highly recommended!

I have to say that Hannah and Nicola at Ayre Real Estate have been an absolute pleasure to deal with. They are very professional, helpful and always respond to my emails if not immediately then within an hour or so. Ayre Real Estate are very lucky to have such professional ladies such as Hannah and Nicola working for them. I highly recommend Ayre, should anyone be looking to rent or buy.

We recently finished an 11-year tenancy managed by Nicola at Ayre Real Estate Surry Hills, and I can honestly say it was such a positive experience from beginning to end. Nicola was always professional, responsive, friendly, and genuinely lovely to deal with. Over the years, any questions or maintenance matters were handled promptly and with care, and communication was always clear and approachable. It's rare to have such a seamless and enjoyable long-term rental experience, and Nicola played a huge part in that. We are so grateful for all of her support over the years and would highly recommend both Nicola and the Ayre team.

Nicola and Hannah in the Property Management team are absolute pleasures to deal with. They and the team were professional, responsive and lovely for the almost 6 years I was tenant of one of the properties they managed.

We've never had such a positive experience as tenants. Nicola and Hannah were amazing to work with - always friendly, approachable, and genuinely helpful. They made the whole process smooth and stress-free, and their professionalism and attention to detail really stood out.

Michael was in charge of re-leasing my unit. He was very proactive and also careful in evaluating the applications to ensure tenancy will be successful. I greatly appreciated his professionalism, care and coordination! Also appreciate ongoing professionalism of the team at Ayre, including Nicola and Hannah.

I really love the attention to detail and quality service I receive from the team at City Residential Surry Hills. I have been a client with them for nearly 20 years and I trust no one more than Kristian and the whole entire team. Thanks for looking after me. 2026 - This is the second review for Ayre Real Estate and once again this agency has exceeded my expectations with the leasing on my property for 6 months. Michael Hendricks and Nicola Turville-Ince have acted so professionally and swiftly to lease out my unit on a short term lease. I can only and highly recommend these agents and Ayre - they are literally the best in the world.

Michael was in charge of leasing our investment property. He was very professional from the get-go with his email explaining what he would be doing for us. He kept us updated all the way through the leasing process and found us a tenant very promptly. Michael not only delivered what he promised by also relayed all our concerns with the property to his office for action. Thank you!
