Let’s begin by understanding what a strata committee actually is.

A strata committee, or formerly known as the ‘executive committee’, is an appointed accumulation of selected individuals that act as representation for all owners in the block. The strata committee will be responsible for day in, day out running and administration of the strata plan including regular committee meetings and running of the AGM with the appointed Strata Manager to administer, make suggestions and proposals and facilitate the smooth  running of your strata scheme.
