About Cassandra Lian
With a passion for maximising rental yields and minimising vacancy times, Cassandra prides herself on being a calm and proactive problem solver, yet still has a sense of humour. Over the past few years, she has successfully leased approximately 80% of the rental properties in her portfolio within a week, with quite a few having tenants move in the same day or the day after the vacate date.
Holding her Certificate of Registration and currently studying her Class 2 Agent Licence, Cassandra is based in the Millers Point office and specialises in the City, Eastern Suburbs and North Shore precincts.
Having previously studied PR & Communications, she has learnt to be one step ahead throughout the leasing or maintenance process, prioritising keeping clients informed rather than waiting for them to ask the question or follow her up.
Cassandra’s favourite thing about Millers Point and the surrounding precincts is how dynamic and vibrant it is and the fact that you’ll always manage to find something new or changing, with lots of amazing little hidden bars and food places.
