Noemi and Rylee bring nearly 40 years of combined real estate experience to Ayre, making them uniquely suited to tackle this niche. Their success lies in their ability to devise customised strategies, focusing on post-completion properties that require a fresh, targeted approach.

“One of my career highlights includes successfully selling 15 residential apartments in a prestigious Bondi Junction development after taking over from several agents who couldn’t deliver results,” shares Noemi. “We set clear targets from the outset and establish benchmarks along the way, ensuring accountability at every stage.”
