Thiya Singhanu is a skilled Leasing Consultant with both local and international real estate experience, bringing a well-rounded perspective to her role at Ayre Real Estate. Based in our Surry Hills office, she focuses primarily on the inner east of Sydney’s CBD—spanning from Potts Point through to Alexandria. Thiya has a strong understanding of the local rental market and is currently working towards her Class 2 Real Estate Licence, having already completed her Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice.

Through her role, Thiya supports her clientele by ensuring a seamless experience for prospective tenants while achieving timely and high-quality results for landlords. She takes pride in securing the right tenant for each property, focusing on clear communication, prompt follow-up, and a genuine commitment to service excellence. Her approachable nature and attention to detail help build trust and rapport quickly, enhancing the overall leasing experience.
