I have been a tenant of a property managed by Ayre for over a year and from the sales/leasing team through to my property manager and anyone else I have dealt with at the office I can say they are the most responsive, available, personable and just genuinely easy to deal with agency I have ever rented through. I also love that there was never any push to pay rent through a service that comes at an extra cost (something that other real estates will often push) - DEFT BPAY details were provided upfront on the lease agreement and I have never had any issues.

So if you're a prospective tenant or a prospective landlord, I'd say you could do much much worse than working with the team at Ayre.

Kate Sommervelle has been my property manager for 5 years. I have two inner city apartments that have been tenanted for almost the entire time. Kate and her team have moved furniture, facilitated interior designers and carefully vetted new tenants. With very little effort on my part, the properties are maintained well. During a difficult 2020 Kate has been outstanding. I cannot think of how Kate and her team could have done any more for me or my properties. One apartment recently sold by AYRE agent Craig Donohue. One remaining in Kate’s capable hands.

We have a large investment portfolio with high end furnished apartments we lease.
