OK so I am a classic for complaining about property managers for a number of different reasons, from the point of view of a landlord, on a council of owners or a tenant but one person makes it hard for me to maintain my negative attitude and that is Nicola Turville-Ince.

I would normally grab at a saying like "stands head and shoulders above" or something to that effect but Nicola is at least a full body length above any other property manager I have dealt with in several states of Australia and even overseas.

The speed of responses and problem solving is second to none and I get the feeling the team around her is following in her footsteps as they are amazing too.
