We have been with Ayre Real Estate since 2018, and over the years our property in Surry Hills has always been tremendously managed by the Ayre team of PMs, lease consultants, and senior management team. Recently, a former tenant vacated the property, and a new tenant moved in - this was all during the short working weeks with tight turnaround timeframes. We cannot commend enough on Ardin Connelly, he was so proactive in ensuring the property was left to a high standard on the previous tenant's outgoing checks and keeping the new incoming tenant in the loop of all the required events. All whilst keeping us, the owners, always aware of what was going on and in a 3-day working week too. Ardin's enthusiasm, manner, and professionalism shows in this instance, as there were many, many variables at play to enable this transition, which ended in a fantastic result for us. Ardin is a real asset to Ayre, so please keep him happy there :) Great job all, and keep up the tremendous efforts in managing our property.

Great property management all round. Their Ardin Connelly just did the most wonderful favour for me, having done an annual inspection on our investment property went way beyond the call of duty and picked up a spare aircon for us when we weren't able to make it, took it home personally, near to where I had a meeting, and brought it down to my car. On top of which he, like all their staff, are just pure magic. What a team! Thank you and Merry Christmas!
