My latest experience with Ayre Real Estate is as follows.
Recently I had the absolute pleasure of meeting Micheal in leasing.
For several months his attitude has never ever changed. Professional, courteous, prompt in all communications.
I am so impressed that I will stay with Ayre Real Estate because he gives me confidence that I am free of worry about if he is in charge of issues that may arise.

He has been proactive in all situations and has focused on looking after our tenants which is important to me.
Has successfully completed all tasks in very short length of time with great outcomes. Again I feel at ease with him in charge and congratulate his employers on making such a good decision with employing Michael.

I have worked with Kate Sommerville for rentals in the past. She is an amazing agent. Prompt in responses to phone calls and texts, amazing with rental results, loads of positive energy. A person who benefits both the owner and the potential renter. The always seems to get the perfect outcome for both sides. Lovely lady as well!

Only great things to say about their service, me and my girlfriend had the pleasure of working with Michael Hendricks who went above and beyond the entire process to ensure everything went smoothly and with great professionalism. Strongly recommend Michael to anyone who wants the best experience when finding the right place for themselves. Thanks Mike!

Kate-Louise is an asset to Ayre Real Estate. She was so helpful, professional and responsive in helping us find a suitable apartment for us in Sydney. We recommend her and the team.

I have been using Ayre Real Estate as my rental agents since 2019. In particular, Kate-Louise McFarlin has been a total professional. She has been pro-active when opportunities to my benefit arise - she has been super responsive to any queries I have had and all the time has presented in a very friendly, warm and welcoming fashion. Nothing is ever too much trouble. Furthermore she has introduced me to other members of the Ayre team when I have needed specific advice in the Sydney real estate market. I would totally recommend Kate-Louise for any of your real estate needs in Sydney.

I have had a really good experience with AYRE real estate from the moment I applied for one of their advertised rental properties and all the way through to picking up the keys and dealing with a few settling in hiccups. Everything and everyone has been very professional. It has actually been a good experience. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a real estate firm for what ever reason.

Kristian has managed our investment property soundly over the past decade. His team are very professional and strive to achieve a positive outcome for all parties. Kristian has been a helpful facilitator in providing meaningful contacts to assist us with various property development matters over this time. He recently coordinated the successful sale of one our properties. I highly recommend Kristian based on his high level of professionalism and a long and prosperous career in the real estate market.

Throughout the buying process we found Craig to be very knowledgeable about the property and the wider area. He always made himself available when we needed to discuss anything and was incredibly supportive as we navigated the purchase. He always brought a positivity and sense of humour to our interactions and I would recommend Craig and his team without hesitation.

Throughout my tenancy, they were always prompt in addressing any issues, incredibly pleasant to communicate with, and treated me like a real person rather than just another name on a lease. It was a stark contrast to the frustrating experiences I’ve had with other agencies. Ayre sets a standard that more real estate professionals should strive for. Highly recommended!

My experience with Ayre has been 5 stars. Very responsive to emails with regards to the property I reside in. The team are very professional and are always there to help if needed. Big shout out to Ardin & Cassandra!
