I have been a tenant of a property managed by Ayre for over a year and from the sales/leasing team through to my property manager and anyone else I have dealt with at the office I can say they are the most responsive, available, personable and just genuinely easy to deal with agency I have ever rented through. I also love that there was never any push to pay rent through a service that comes at an extra cost (something that other real estates will often push) - DEFT BPAY details were provided upfront on the lease agreement and I have never had any issues.

So if you're a prospective tenant or a prospective landlord, I'd say you could do much much worse than working with the team at Ayre.

They were diligent about bringing only the right buyers to view my unit, and always returned my phone calls and emails. They also ensured that I achieved the price that I was seeking.
