Craig knew the true value of our apartment. Other agents have been selling same layout/sized apartments in the building for much less. So the price indicated by Craig was a pleasant surprise to us. He and his team worked hard to achieve an off-market sale (with tenant in-situ) for a record price for the block. And he made it very easy for us. Ayre has been our property manager/leasing agent since 2019. We occupy our unit 3 mos/yr. Ayre lets it, oversees the leasing, and makes sure it is in shape when we return. The property managers have been friendly, service-oriented, and very competent. Leasing like this presents challenges (minimizing vacancy periods, timing tenancies to our occupancy, achieving market rates), and Ayre has met them all. We've been delighted!

Chervonne is a consummate professional - highly skilled, knowledgeable, reliable, great with people, and available at all hours. Having bought and sold from Chervonne several times, we sought her for our last sale (which was quite a significant value and outside her regular location) and whilst the sale was challenging right to settlement, Chervonne was a star, working closely with all parties to get it over the line, obtaining a great price.
