Slims Rooftop is featured in the four-story Hyde Park House which overlooks Hyde Park and CBD offering stunning uninterrupted views of the city and westerly sunset. The rooftop features retro frill umbrellas, lush tropical greenery, and picnic tables. Slims rooftop offers a Modern Asian Infusion “Izakaya” style food with a mix of Asian-inspired drinks, classic cocktails. Taylor’s Rooftop is a vertical hidden garden oasis on the fourth floor of the Republic Hotel on Pitt Street. The rooftop bar is a great social space in the day time which transforms into a dance floor with a DJ by night. Offering fruity and fresh cocktails they also have a wide variety of beers if cocktails aren’t your thing. Their drinks menu includes a Frozen Coconut Margarita and the Post Malone cocktail.
