Upon its completion, the new Sydney Fish Market is expected to attract over 6 million visitors annually—double its current visitation. With a $750 million investment, this development will significantly boost the national seafood industry, supporting the local economy and strengthening Sydney’s position as a global seafood hub.
The new market is poised to become a landmark destination, seamlessly blending modern architecture, sustainable practices, and enhanced public amenities to create an iconic addition to Sydney's waterfront.
Confirmed Retailers
Several exciting retailers have now been confirmed as tenants at the new Sydney Fish Markets including ice creamery Cow & The Moon, Inner West café institution Dirty Red, contemporary Turkish Cuisine Efendy, Nanjing Dumplings, hatted Malaysian restaurant Ho Jiak and Doltone Hospitality Group who will partner with celebrity chef Luke Nguyen to create a flagship Southeast Asian Restaurant, as well as many others. The precinct will boast everything from deli products to fresh nuts, herbs and spices, fresh flowers and juice, making it a one stop shop for groceries, specialty food and beverage products.
