Charlotte Gall

As Marketing Assistant, Charlotte Gall plays a dual role working alongside our Head of Brand & Marketing and Director & Principal, Adrian Wilson, in both marketing and administrative capacities. She supports company-wide marketing initiatives, from campaign coordination to event execution, while assisting Adrian’s business unit with campaign management, client communication, and key administrative tasks. 

Charlotte’s responsibilities include preparing proposals and appraisals, managing social media content, producing campaign performance reports, and overseeing essential campaign logistics such as open home scheduling and settlements. Her ability to balance creativity with structure ensures every project is delivered with precision, efficiency, and polish. 

Currently completing a Bachelor of Communications majoring in Digital Marketing and Social Media, Charlotte applies her academic insights to strengthen Ayre Real Estate’s brand presence and elevate campaign performance across the business. Her cooperative nature, attention to detail, and dedication to learning make her a valued member of both the marketing and sales teams. 

Originally from Moree, Charlotte now calls Sydney home and loves the city’s unique mix of energy, culture, and coastal living. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, keeping active, and exploring Sydney’s beaches. Guided by authenticity, teamwork, and respect, Charlotte is passionate about personal growth and contributing to Ayre Real Estate’s continued success.
