Danielle Dickinson is a Property Manager Associate based in Ayre Real Estate’s Surry Hills office, bringing 12 years of experience across sales, business development and project management into her career in real estate. Having worked across commercial and residential flooring throughout greater Sydney, Danielle has built strong relationships with clients across the real estate, strata, fit out, building and development industries. With a longstanding interest in property and development, her move into real estate was a natural progression.

Having lived in the area for 30 years, Danielle brings a genuine understanding of Sydney’s Inner West, Inner City and Inner South markets and the communities within them. Her strengths in problem solving, negotiation and communication allow her to approach property management with confidence, practicality and a strong focus on relationships.
